Procession Technology

1.      the screw rotation should be slow at first, and then adjust the screw rotation faster to match the request.2.      fleshly blown film product feels a little brittle and scrip ,due to dehydration in production ,after 24 hours its function regain to normal plastics.3.      the preferred blow-up ratio is 1:2.5 or 3,the height from die of orifice to the nip roll should be higher than 2.5m which insure full cooling and prevent film blocking.
