Product Description                                                              

   resin granules in cylindrical crystal shape ,with slight starch fragrance ,in light yellow colour .Applications are bags (compost bags, lawn & leaf bags, pet waste bags, trash bags, grocery bags ,carry-out bags, shopping bags etc), agricultural film, consumer and industrial packaging.

Procession Technology                                                           

A.      fleshly blown film product feels a little brittle and crisp ,due to dehydration in production ,after 24 hours ,its function regains to normal plastics .

B.       the preferred blow-up ratio is 1:2.5, the height from die of orifice to the nip roll should be higher than 2.5m which to insure full cooling and prevent film blocking.

C.      using blowing temperature for reference
