Product Description                                                              

   The resin  base on corn starch which is a kind of renewable material .Its finished products have a good mechanical strength ,glossy surface ,perfect elongation strength ,good flexibility and toughness . Applications are bags (compost bags, lawn & leaf bags, pet waste bags, carry-out bags), agricultural film, consumer and industrial packaging.

using film extruder rotation screw of L/D  ratio ≥30 : 1(diameter 45mm) , which will help the finished film to achieve best film quality

Attention                                                                                                 

a.        the resin is easily to absorb moisture ,it needs store in a dry condition ,avoid sun shining directly.

b.       after open the bags ,the rest resin should be sealed to avoid moisture .

c.  If need dry , the condition is 80 °Cin 3 hours . (usually do not need drying)
